In 2012, Turquenitch joined Arezzo&Co as an E-Commerce Manager, responsible for managing online sales. Maurício later became the Strategy & Innovation Director and eventually the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at the company.

Maurício Bastos Turquenitch earned a Bachelor of Communication (Advertising) degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul between 2005 and 2008.
