Brianne Ingram has a diverse work experience starting in 2005 as a Creative Services & Proposal Project Manager at tba Global, where they were responsible for managing creative services and working on concert-oriented events with celebrity talent. Brianne then worked as a Store Manager at Theory from 2009 to 2013, focusing on employee development and store operations. In 2014, Brianne joined Mastro's Restaurants as a Certified Corporate Trainer / Lead Cocktail Server, leading marketing initiatives and building customer relationships. Currently, they are the Director of Marketing, Social Media at Animal Rescue Foundation, where they oversee social media marketing volunteers and develops brand standards.

Brianne Ingram has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Marketing from Columbia College Chicago. Brianne also holds a Level 2 Wine Certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, which they obtained in 2021. In addition, they are a songwriter, publisher, and recording artist, obtaining their certification from ASCAP in 2015.
