Kyle McEwen

Kyle McEwen is a Senior Technical Claims Specialist at Argo Group since May 2022, previously serving as a Senior Claims Adjuster. Prior to this, Kyle spent several years at London Fischer LLP, first as a Senior Associate Attorney (May 2017 - August 2021) and earlier as an Associate Attorney (March 2014 - May 2016), where the focus was on defending owners, developers, and contractors in construction-related litigation, managing cases including Labor Law, Property Damage, and Contract claims. Kyle also worked as an Associate Attorney at Lewis Brisbois from May 2016 to May 2017, continuing the defense of construction-related litigation. Early experience includes an internship in the Criminal Defense Division at Brooklyn Defender Services (August 2012 - May 2013). Kyle holds a Juris Doctor degree from St. John's University (2010 - 2013) and a Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from Queens College (2003 - 2007).
