Michael Troiano

Michael Troiano is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in claims analysis and management. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Claims Analyst at Argo Group since January 2022, Michael is responsible for managing a portfolio of Private D&O and Employment Practices Liability Claims in the Management Liability Claims sector. Prior to this role, Michael worked at CNA Insurance from January 1995 to January 2021, where notable positions included Program Law Claim Director and Lawyers Professional Liability Director, overseeing claims related to legal malpractice, employment practices, and various legal entities.
