Mark Esala is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in product development and strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at ARGO XTV, a division of Ontario Drive & Gear Ltd. since July 2020, Mark has previously held the role of Director of Engineering at Ideal Aerosmith Inc. and Director of Regulatory Compliance and Director of Off Road Engineering at Textron Specialized Vehicles. Additionally, Mark served as Director of Product Engineering and Product Team Manager at Arctic Cat from January 2003 to March 2017. Mark Esala earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Minnesota State at Mankato between 1991 and 1996.
