Jon Drawbaugh has a diverse work experience in the advertising and production industry. Jon started their career in 2004 at Lieberman Productions as an Executive Producer, where they managed production staff and coordinated testimonials. Jon then worked at Goodby Silverstein & Partners as a Senior Producer, producing TV commercials, web content, and industrial videos for notable clients such as Chevrolet and eBay. Jon also had a freelance role at the same company, producing content for clients like Subway and Doritos.

In 2012, Jon joined FCB as the SVP/Head of Production, where they managed a 20-person production department and worked with clients like Electronic Arts and Levi's. Jon then moved to MullenLowe U.S. as the SVP/Director of Integrated Production, overseeing the integrated production department and establishing production practices for the agency.

After that, Jon worked at DDB San Francisco as the Head of Production, responsible for production operations. Jon then returned to freelance work before joining Arnold Worldwide as the EVP, Director of Integrated Production. In this role, they worked with clients such as Progressive and Carnival Cruises.

In 2017, Jon started their own freelance production business, offering executive producer and producer services. Jon worked with various clients and had the opportunity to collaborate with different professionals.

In 2018, Jon became a Membership Board Member at Working Not Working, an online job platform. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Production at ARGONAUT.

Jon Drawbaugh's education history includes attending the Film Arts Foundation, where they did not obtain a degree, and Point Park College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts.
