Krista Hawthorne is a highly experienced Section Manager in Pyroprocess Engineering at Argonne National Laboratory, responsible for leading a team focused on optimizing pyroprocessing technologies for nuclear material recycling and advancing molten salt technologies. With a background as a Principal Chemical Engineer and Chemical Engineer in the Chemical and Fuel Cycle Technologies Division, Krista also served as a Postdoctoral Appointee, conducting research on magnesium-ion batteries.
