Tom Ballard

Tom Ballard has a diverse professional background with significant roles in safety, sanitization, marketing, and authorship. Currently serving as a Book Author at Windy City Sidelines since September 2023, Tom also contributes to Argonne National Laboratory as a Safety Security Officer, focusing on access screening and site patrols. Prior experience includes essential sanitizing services at FRESH AIR EXPERTS, where Tom held multiple titles and played a key role in offering a highly effective antimicrobial sanitizing service during the Covid-19 pandemic. Tom has experience in sales and marketing as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Trusted Mold Service and as President & Founder of TB CONSULTING, dedicated to helping small to mid-sized companies grow. A background in security for events was developed at Safety Service Systems Inc., along with roles in business development at various organizations. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Columbia College Chicago.
