Tim Larson is a registered civil engineer with extensive experience in the fuels and engineering sector. Currently serving as a Senior Fuels Engineer at Argus Consulting, Inc., since 2019, Tim is engaged in the development of Asset Integrity Programs and Operation & Maintenance Manuals for major airport fueling systems across the United States. Previously, Tim held the position of Program Manager at MBA Engineering, Inc. from September 2016 to September 2019, where responsibilities included SWPPP Plan preparation, SPCC and FRP Program technical expertise, and compliance oversight. Tim's background also includes a role as Senior Engineer at Antea Group from September 2007 to September 2016, Project Manager at the North Dakota State Water Commission from 2004 to 2007, and Project Engineer at Crystal Solutions LLC from 2000 to 2004. Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Geological Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
