Kristin Eilenberg is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Heartland BioWorks at the Applied Research Institute, Kristin oversees the implementation of a $51 million funding initiative. As Chief Operating Officer at Energizing & Empowering Minds, Kristin coordinates educational programs and manages a team of 25 volunteers supporting families of children with special needs. Previous roles include Vice President of Life Sciences and Healthcare and Entrepreneur In Residence at Elevate Ventures, where Kristin coached companies in the digital health space. Kristin founded Lodestone Logic, a consulting firm, and held various leadership positions at Eli Lilly, contributing to innovative initiatives in discovery IT and clinical trials. Kristin's education includes an MBA in International Business from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology and Environmental Science from Michigan State University.
