Holger Richter currently serves as Quality Performance Manager and Data Officer at ArianeGroup, a position held since January 2018, where responsibilities include evaluating and enhancing the quality performance across the organization's various sites, now extending beyond the initial four German locations to include the Paris and Bordeaux areas. In addition to this role, Holger has been involved with the IM Change Board since July 2014, focusing on quality-related topics within information management systems. Holger's prior experience includes leading Product Assurance for the MPCV/Orion ESM propulsion subsystem at ArianeGroup, managing Product Assurance for space propulsion subsystems at Airbus Defence and Space, and working on supplier quality assurance at Astrium Space Transportation. Holger Richter holds a Dipl. Ing. degree in Aircraft Engineering from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2007.
