Steven Rutgers has a diverse work experience in the space and satellite industry. Steven currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at ARIANESPACE, where they are responsible for designing and executing the commercial strategy for sales and marketing. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Sales at Hiber, where they oversaw satellite IoT solutions for asset utilization and actionable insights. Steven also held various roles at Inmarsat, including Director IoT Sales Asia and Director Sales Government & Energy Sectors in the Middle East and North Africa. Steven founded their own company, Steven Alexander Golf, where they served as the Founder & CEO. Additionally, they worked at Stratos as the Director Sales Global Wholesale & MEA and International Account Manager. Steven started their career at Xantic-KPN and Xantic, where they held positions as Market Manager Land and Strategic Marketing Manager, respectively.

Steven Rutgers attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1995 to 1997. Steven then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing & Sales at the International School of Economics Rotterdam from 1997 to 2002.
