Crystal G. has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Crystal began their career in 2005 as an Executive Assistant at Victory Capital Management. Crystal then worked as a Sales Assistant at Robeco Investment Management in 2006, followed by a Sales Operations Manager role at Pipeline Trading Systems in 2007. In 2011, Crystal G. joined ARInsights as the VP Customer Experience & Operations, and also served as the Director of Client Development, where they identified and consulted with prospects on business objectives and provided support for technical inquiries. Crystal also provided enhancement recommendations based off of changing client needs and client feedback. In 2021, Crystal G. joined The IIAR as a Board Member, and also became a Member of Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there.

Crystal G. attended the University of San Francisco from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a BA in Politics - Legal Studies & Criminal Justice. Crystal then attended The City College of New York from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained an MIA in International Relations. In 2023, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: Customer Success Management Fundamentals and Value Realization Best Practices for Customer Success Management.
