Jaz Watts is an experienced sales and business development leader with a focus on driving growth and transformation in technology and professional services sectors. Currently serving as the Leader of Sales Development for Business Transformation EMEA at ARIS since April 2024, Jaz is instrumental in leading a sales development team through a significant transformation, delivering on pipeline and quality goals while enhancing collaboration with the partner ecosystem. Previously, at Software AG from May 2019 to March 2024, Jaz led the UK & Ireland Business Development team, fostering pipeline growth and strategic alignment across multiple teams. Jaz also held various roles at Clarify, including Senior Business Development Manager and Acting Programme Manager, driving business development capabilities and sales transformation. Earlier experience includes positions at Xact Marketing Limited as a Cisco Product Specialist and at AMI Australia Pty Ltd as an Inside Sales Executive. Jaz holds an MSc in Technology Management from The Open University and a degree from Kingston University.
