Laura Hamway is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical consulting. Currently serving as the Director of ARIS Customer Success for the Americas at ARIS since April 2025, Laura has also been the Founder of the MID-ATLANTIC GROUP OF IBM I COLLABORATORS since January 2017. Prior roles at Software AG include Director of ARIS Customer Success for the Americas and Customer Success Manager for Business Process Transformation. Laura's career began with a Technical Consultant position at Phoenix Business Consulting, with subsequent roles including Managing Director for Remain Software U.S. and Owner of Hamway Software Solutions. Laura earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer and Information Sciences from Radford University.
