Tracey Lindsay currently serves as the Director of Customer Success for EMEA at ARIS, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Tracey held various positions at Software AG from April 2014 to April 2024, including Customer Success Manager Team Lead for EMEA Business Transformation, Customer Success Manager, and Business Development Manager. Tracey also gained significant experience at SAP between May 2005 and March 2014, working as a UK FSI Account Manager, Inside Sales Manager, and FSI & Partner Account Manager. Earlier career accomplishments include roles at Sybase Software from May 1995 to May 2005, where responsibilities included Data Quality Manager, Business Operations, Sales Office & Telemarketing Manager, and Senior Customer Services Specialist.
