Cathy brings nearly 30 years of broad-based legal and senior leadership experience to Arise. She previously served as Senior Vice President, Legal & Administration, and Corporate Secretary to Journera, Inc., and founded a successful boutique legal practice providing contracted general counsel services to companies across a variety of industries. Cathy gained litigation experience as a partner with Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP and as in-house counsel for Orbitz, Inc, and Arthur Andersen LP. She received her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law, where she was a member of the law review, after graduating with a Journalism degree from Michigan State University.
