Mohit also holds a significant role as Founder and Trustee at Plaksha University since October 2016. Prior to these ventures, Mohit spent 13 years at GENPACT LLC, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Vice President and Global Business Leader for Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare. Earlier career experience includes leadership roles at GE Capital and Xerox. Mohit earned an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School in 2011 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Panjab University.
