Shanna Pilgrim has extensive work experience in the field of client integrations and project management. Shanna began their career in 2005 as a Consultant at Shanzie Incorporated, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, Shanna joined Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. as a Learning Delivery Manager, a role they held until 2020. Shanna then transitioned to the position of Project Manager- Client Integrations and later became the Senior Client Integration Manager. Currently, Shanna works as the Director of Client Integrations at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc.

Shanna Pilgrim earned a Bachelor's degree in Sports Entertainment Event Management from Johnson & Wales University between 2004 and 2007. Shanna later pursued a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Florida International University. Additionally, Shanna obtained several certifications, including Valar Leadership Accelerator New Manager Program from Valar Institute in 2023, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and Six Sigma Green Belt from Management and Strategy Institute in 2020, and Servsafe Food Handler certification from ServSafe Certified in 2020.
