Mike Kappus

Mike Kappus has extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, currently serving as the Area Vice President at Arista Networks since February 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing various manufacturing operations. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple managerial positions at Cisco Systems from November 2006 to February 2011, including Senior Manager of Failure Analysis Operations and Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing the degree in January 1997.
