Willy Tjanaka

Willy Tjanaka is an accomplished hardware engineer currently serving as Project Lead at Arista Networks since March 2021, focusing on advanced networking products including switches and routers. Prior to this role, Willy held positions as Distinguished Hardware Engineer at CommScope - Ruckus - ARRIS, where leadership in ODM-oriented hardware development for enterprise switches was demonstrated, and as Principal Hardware Engineer at Extreme Networks, contributing to award-winning network solutions. Experience includes technical leadership in hardware development at Brocade, CloudShield Technologies, Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, and Philips Semiconductors. Willy obtained a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
