Prior to Arista, she served as HR Leader for Cisco Systems' Datacenter Switching and Security Technology Group, supporting a Global Workforce of 2,000 employees with a focus on employee engagement, talent, leadership development and organizational effectiveness. She brings over 20 years of experience in high technology from roles at Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Kealia Inc., acquired by Sun Microsystems, Confluence Networks Inc., and Granite Systems, acquired by Cisco Systems.
Isabelle holds a B.S. in Sociology from Santa Clara University and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University. She also has 2 degrees in Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry, and in Business Administration from Paris, France.
