Chris Shaban

Christopher Shaban is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the gaming and lottery industries. Currently serving as Managing Director for both Aristocrat Interactive and NeoGames, Christopher oversees global iLottery operations and initiatives, including customer growth and business expansion. Prior roles include Executive Vice President of Global Business and Customer Development at NeoGames and Regional Vice President of Operations at IGT, where leadership of a 225-member team resulted in seven consecutive years of exceeding financial targets. Christopher’s career also includes various governmental roles, including Public Information Officer for Rhode Island's Attorney General and Congressional Assistant for U.S. Congressman Ronald K. Machtley. Christopher holds an Executive Leadership Program certificate from Harvard Business School and an Executive Participant designation from Columbia Business School, alongside a degree from Providence College.
