Vice President Of Consulting

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Political Consulting to join our political consulting division and drive strategic campaign initiatives for our clients. As the Vice President of Political Consulting, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and vision to our political consulting team, while also overseeing the development and execution of client campaigns. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality political consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in political consulting or a related field, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving political campaign success.

Responsibilities:

o   Lead and manage clients in the political consulting division, including working with team account managers.

o   Develop and implement strategic PAC and advocacy campaign plans to drive success for political candidates and organizations.

o   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for political consulting engagements.

o   Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new business opportunities and develop client proposals.

o   Provide leadership and direction to consulting teams, ensuring the successful execution of client PAC and Advocacy campaigns on time and within budget.

o   Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track campaign progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.

o   Stay current on political trends, election laws, and best practices in political consulting, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

o   Mentor and develop junior staff members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
