Jim Birdwell is a member of the Aristotle Capital Private Client Group, which is the specialty wealth-management division of Aristotle Capital. His focus is helping independent-minded, high-net-worth investors achieve their financial objectives with comprehensive client service and support. Jim is a veteran analyst and Portfolio Manager, having spent the majority of his investment career co-managing Reed, Conner & Birdwell, LLC (RCB) before Aristotle Capital and RCB merged in January 2012. Jim began his career in the investment management business as an analyst at Farmers Insurance Group. Following graduate school, he worked at Dean Witter & Co. in New York in the firm’s MBA Program and then in the institutional department in Los Angeles.
Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley and his MBA with emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California.
