Derek Magilton

Derek Magilton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Arity since March 2018. Previously, Derek held the position of Director of Business Development - Software Sales at AnyLogic North America, achieving recognition as the #1 sales executive. A significant part of Derek’s career includes various roles at Panasonic, where responsibilities ranged from managing technical support operations across multiple regions to leading software and solutions sales in South America. Derek also contributed to technical support management at SPSS UK and progressed through various positions at IBM Australia. Derek holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Melbourne Business School and a B.Sc (Hons) in Geology from the University of Melbourne.
