Jeff Norton

Jeff Norton has extensive experience in the technology and engineering fields. Jeff started their career at NAVTEQ in 1999, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later became a Manager and Principal Software Engineer. During their time at NAVTEQ, Jeff played a key role in transforming the company's legacy mainframe system into a modernized relational database. Jeff also developed a query framework in Java that was widely used across applications.

In 2008, Jeff joined HERE, a Nokia company, as the Director of Product Development. Jeff led the Next Generation Map Building initiative, overseeing multiple teams and managing a significant budget. Jeff'sresponsibilities included program leadership and ensuring the introduction of new features and capabilities into HERE's core map database.

In 2016, Jeff joined Arity, a technology startup, as a Senior Engineering Manager. Jeff led a team responsible for creating value-add insights and enrichments on Arity's telematics data stream. Jeff'srole involved removing blockers and facilitating the success of their team members. In 2021, Jeff was promoted to the position of Director of Platform Engineering at Arity, where they continue to contribute to the company's transformative data and digital experiences.

Jeff Norton has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Jeff also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
