Joy Thomas

Joy Thomas currently serves as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Arity, an Allstate Company. Prior to joining Arity, Joy held various roles at Allstate, including Director of Connected Car and Director of M&A, Strategy & Planning. Joy has significant experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, having worked as the Vice President of Corporate Development at BioSante Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and as the Senior Director of Strategy & M&A at Baxter Healthcare. Joy obtained an MBA in Finance & International Business from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
