Yicheng Wen is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in leading data science teams and developing advanced analytical models. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Science at Arity since March 2021, Yicheng previously held the position of Chief Data Scientist at QuaXigma, where responsibilities included building AI applications and leading the data science practice. Prior roles include Head of Data Science at AXIS Capital, where innovative machine learning models were developed, and Lead Data Scientist at Allstate, managing a global team to deliver critical business insights. With a solid foundation in algorithm engineering from GE Appliances and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, Yicheng possesses a robust technical background and a proven track record in applying machine learning and AI techniques across various industries.
