Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at Aritzia since January 2024, Margot previously held the position of Chief Digital & Business Officer at Hudson's Bay from January 2022 to January 2024, overseeing a multi-billion dollar digital business and leading various functional teams. Prior to that, Margot worked at Amazon from May 2011 to March 2022, where responsibilities included roles such as Global Leader of Amazon Fashion Innovation and Head of Omnichannel Innovation. Earlier experience includes a role as a Retail Analyst at McKinsey & Company from September 2006 to May 2011. Margot holds a degree from the University of Michigan.
