Romain Mallet

Romain Mallet is a seasoned professional in intellectual property and brand protection with extensive experience in the fashion and luxury goods sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Intellectual Property & Brand Protection at Aritzia since October 2024, Romain has previously held key positions at CHANEL, including Global Internet Enforcement Director and Head of Anti-Counterfeiting (Internet Enforcement), where Romain contributed from September 2017 to November 2024. Romain's expertise was further developed at Puig as Senior Legal Counsel (IP) from October 2013 to September 2017, and earlier roles included IP Counsel at CHANEL and Anti-Counterfeiting Area Manager at BIC. Romain's academic qualifications include a Mini MBA for In-House Lawyers from King's College London, a Master in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and additional studies in intellectual property rights.
