Salvador Rayas has extensive experience in application development and administration within the credit union sector. Currently serving as VP of Application Development and Administration at Arizona Financial Credit Union since January 2013, responsibilities include overseeing yearly upgrades and leveraging outsourced resources for API development, following a progression from AVP to Sr. Director. Previous roles include Director of Application Administration, where management of the application administration team and tool selection for development were key tasks, and System Administration Manager, which involved establishing departmental roles and managing SQL server environments. Prior to Arizona Financial, Salvador held positions at Altier Credit Union and Arizona Federal Credit Union, focusing on system administration and core financial system support. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology Management and a BS in Software Development, both from Western Governors University, along with a diploma in Computer Networking and Security from Anthem College-Phoenix.
