Wendy A. Munro Ph.d., Mba, McIpd

Wendy Munro, Ph.D., MBA, and Chartered MCIPD, currently serves as an OD Business Partner at Ark People Housing Care, focusing on the delivery of organizational development corporate strategy and compliance with regulations. Prior experience includes independent consulting in organizational development and policy development for various organizations, including TPS Labs and Psych Hub, as well as serving as Managing Director at PT Garland Professional Services, where international consulting and training were provided across Southeast Asia. Wendy's academic leadership experience includes a directorial role at PNG University of Technology, managing multiple academic programs, and teaching positions at Virginia Commonwealth University and community colleges. With a strong foundation in business and education, Wendy also held various roles at Wachovia Corp, managing operations for high-net-worth clients, and began a career in trust services at Burke & Herbert Bank. Wendy holds a Ph.D. in Education, an MBA, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Leading Digital Transformation in Health and Care from The University of Edinburgh.
