Surya Potharaju

Surya Potharaju is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the energy sector. As Co-Founder and CEO of Arka Energy since October 2020, Surya has led the company in innovative energy solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director at Enphase Energy, where responsibilities encompassed strategic partnerships and business development with major companies such as Sunpower and Panasonic. Surya also held significant roles in business development and management at Automatiks, Inc., SunEdison, and mPowerSolar, the latter of which was founded and successfully sold to SunEdison. With a robust engineering background from LSI and STMicroelectronics, Surya holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a ME in Microelectronics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
