Jason Goodall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Portfolio Manager at ARKA Group, LP, Jason oversees the design, development, and delivery of advanced satellite ground systems, focusing on cloud-native solutions for national and commercial clients. Prior roles include Technical Program Manager at AMERGINT Technologies, where Jason collaborated with engineering teams on modem processing for spacecraft management, and Senior Project Manager at PMAT INC, where Jason led the transformation to cloud-agnostic software development practices. With earlier experience as Operations Manager at the NORAD and USNORTHCOM Command Center and various leadership positions within the US military, including Commanding Officer of US Navy Security Location El Salvador, Jason's background combines technical expertise with strategic leadership.
