Justin Keller

Justin Keller currently serves as Grants Coordinator at Arkansas Tech University, providing support for grant proposals and research compliance activities. Keller has been an elected Councilman for Ward 4 in the City of Russellville since 2018, maintaining a Certified Municipal Official designation. Previously, Keller managed Waiver services for individuals with developmental disabilities at Friendship Community Care, overseeing healthcare needs and team performance. Experience includes roles as a Universal Banker at Simmons Bank and as a Consultant at Blackfish Consulting, along with leadership positions in nonprofit organizations focused on community engagement and climate advocacy. Keller holds a Master of Arts in Applied Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has earned a Graduate Certificate in Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Arkansas Tech University.
