Jacob Schmidt

Jacob Schmidt is the current Customer Success Manager at Arkatechture. Jacob has previous experience as an account executive for both nonprofit and education sales at Tableau Software. In their role as account executive, Jacob was responsible for proactive customer management, account growth, and becoming a trusted advisor to customers. Jacob also created and hosted webinars on Tableau content, developed enablement sessions for Salesforce counterparts, and identified new sales opportunities and potential barriers to future growth in current customers.

Jacob Schmidt has a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from American University. Jacob is certified in Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau, LLC.
