Baptiste Granger is a seasoned chemical engineer with extensive experience in process engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at Arkema since February 2018, Baptiste oversees innovative technology transitions from pilot plant to industrial scale, particularly in electrolytes for batteries. Previous roles include Lead Process Engineer at Arkema, where responsibility encompassed supervising FEED and detailed studies for a new monomer plant in Singapore, as well as conducting preliminary studies for a monomer plant in Asia. Prior to Arkema, Baptiste worked at Solvay from August 2008 to February 2018, holding various roles focused on designing thermal oxidation units and overseeing studies for a polymers plant in China. Baptiste's early career included positions at SNF and Technip, where responsibilities involved process optimization and development support for ethylene projects in the Chinese market. Baptiste holds an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from Institut national polytechnique de Lorraine and completed preparatory classes in Physics and Chemistry.
