Nassim El Ghazaz

Nassim EL GHAZAZ has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering and data science. They most recently worked at Arkema as a Data Tech Lead since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Tech Lead Data Engineer at JEMS, where they led the migration of workflows to the ARAYMOND datalake platform and retrieved data from IHS Markit. They also worked as a Cloud Data Engineer at JEMS, where they robustified the SOITEC datalake and analyzed Oracle proc stock. Additionally, Nassim has experience as a Big Data Engineer & Data Scientist at Atos, where they designed task flows and deployed Big Data jobs on Microsoft Azure. They also worked as a Big Data Engineer & Data Scientist at Malt, where they conducted data cleaning, statistical analyses, and applied Machine Learning algorithms for a tour operator project. They have also served as a Software Engineer at Keenturtle, where they modeled mathematical problems and developed a back-office mission solution. Lastly, they gained experience as a Business Intelligence Intern Consultant at the Ministère de l’Equipement, du Transport, de la Logistique et de l’Eau and as a Software Engineer Intern at the Office National des Chemins de Fer (ONCF).

Nassim EL GHAZAZ completed a Master 2 (M2) degree in Data Science from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineering Degree in Computer Science and Logistics Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et d'Analyse des Systèmes - ENSIAS in the years 2015-2018. They also completed Preparatory Classes for Engineering Schools (MPSI/MP) at DAY PREPAS - BENI MELLAL from 2013 to 2015. Their education started with a High School Diploma in Mathematical Sciences from Lycée scientifique HASSAN - RABAT in the year 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Nassim EL GHAZAZ obtained certifications such as SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer (DP-203/ DP-201 & DP-200) from Microsoft in 2021, Python for Applied Data Science from IBM in 2018, and Data Analytics - Mining and Analysis of Big Data from Alison - Free Online Learning in 2018.
