Rainer Sturm is an experienced executive in the broadcasting and video technology sector, currently serving as CEO at arkona technologies since January 2011. Prior to this role, Rainer held various leadership positions at Grass Valley, including Managing Director & Vice President of Quality and Business Processes, and Engineering Manager for Live Production Solutions. Rainer’s career began at Bosch Fernsehanlagen as a Software Engineer, and includes significant engineering management roles at Thomson Broadcast & Multimedia AG and Philips Digital Video Systems. Rainer holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
