Agnes Korzeniewska, MBA, holds extensive experience in customer service and program management. Currently serving as Customer Service Support- Aftermarket Manager at Ametek Rotron since October 2016, Agnes is responsible for developing a customer-oriented strategy for spare sales and repairs while managing key OEM customer accounts. At Arkwin Industries, Agnes has worked since 2004 as Programs and Contracts Administrator for the Repair and Overhaul Division, focusing on Program Management of Product Support Agreements for major OEMs and airlines. Educational credentials include multiple MBAs from SUNY New Paltz and Dowling College, a Project Management Certificate from Baruch College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Farmingdale State College.
