Christian Fiil Nielsen is a highly experienced professional in product development and process engineering, currently serving as a Senior Product Developer and NPD Manager at Arla Foods since April 2024. Prior to this role, Christian worked at Arla Foods Ingredients from August 2016 to April 2024 as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing the Advanced Nutrition Manufacturing private label portfolio, which includes a range of dairy nutrition products targeting various age groups. Previous positions held include Technical Specialist and Product Developer within Arla Foods Ingredients R&D, as well as roles at DuPont Nutrition & Health, Solae, LLC, and Novozymes, where Christian focused on developing production processes, project management, and optimization across the food industry.
