Tamara Johnson

Tamara Johnson, M.Ed., currently serves as the Special Education Curriculum Coordinator at Arlington ISD, a position held since February 2016. Prior to this role, Tamara held the title of Compliance Specialist IV and briefly served as Interim Compliance Supervisor at Dallas Independent School District from January 2013 to January 2016. Additionally, Tamara worked as a Special Education Teacher within Duncanville ISD and Dallas ISD from July 2001 to December 2012. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Specialist with a focus on Corporate Communications from Baylor University, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Prairie View A&M University.
