Emily McTavish is an experienced music educator currently serving as the Director of Choral Activities at Arlington Public Schools since August 2014, where responsibilities include directing middle and high school choirs. Alongside this role, Emily has provided private instruction in piano and voice since January 2007. Previous experience includes teaching music for Fairfax County Public Schools, instructing early childhood and elementary music at Levine School of Music, and leading various music camps. Emily possesses a Master of Music in Music Education from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Hope College.
