Kerm Towler has extensive experience in plant operations and hospitality management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Plant Operations at Arlington Public Schools since December 1993, supervising 280 full-time equivalents across 43 sites totaling 4.9 million square feet. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Westin Hotels & Resorts from June 1988 to October 1991, where responsibilities included supervising housekeeping staff, monitoring performance, conducting interviews, ordering supplies, and scheduling. Kerm Towler holds a Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary (2023), a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout (1987), an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Joliet Junior College (1983), and a Graduate Certificate in Theology of Art from Wesley Theological Seminary.
