Mitch Pascal has extensive experience in the education sector, serving Arlington Public Schools since August 1991 in various roles including Principal and Assistant Principal at Tuckahoe Elementary School. As Principal, Mitch Pascal effectively manages a significant budget, fosters a professional learning community, and demonstrates strong instructional leadership that has led to higher SOL pass rates. Additional responsibilities include staff evaluation, development of school improvement plans, and active participation in educational committees and conferences.
