Gozie Alozieuwa, FCCA, FCA, FCIB, currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer at Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM HoldCo) since June 2019. Prior to this role, Gozie held several positions at FBN Merchant Bank Limited, including Chief Compliance Officer from July 2014 to May 2019 and Chief Risk Officer from August 2012 to May 2016. Experience also includes leadership in financial control and treasury operations at Kakawa Discount House Limited between 1996 and 2012. Gozie's academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Lagos, obtained between 1998 and 2000, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking & Finance from the Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, earned from 1990 to 1995.
