Erica Frisbie has a diverse work experience. Erica is currently working as an Engineering and Controls Manager at ARM Energy since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Summit Midstream Partners, LP for a significant duration. At Summit, they held multiple roles including Engineering Manager- Project Controls from May 2017 to July 2022, Project Manager from January 2015 to May 2017, and Process Engineer from October 2012 to December 2014. In these roles, Erica was responsible for overseeing project controls, managing projects, providing process engineering support, and implementing optimization studies and installations. Before Summit, they worked at Prism Gas Services I, L.P. as a Project Engineer from June 2011 to September 2012. In this role, they managed various projects such as flare installation, separator installation, Mol Sieve change outs, NGL chromatograph upgrade, and plant-wide Arc Flash study. Additionally, they led the reorganization initiative of the process hazard analysis program at the plant.

Erica Frisbie attended Oklahoma State University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering. Erica then returned to further their education at Baylor University starting in 2020 and is expected to complete their studies in 2023. At Baylor University, Erica is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Executive Communication.
