Didem Caliskan

Didem Caliskan is an experienced professional in quality management and supplier quality assurance within the automotive industry, currently serving as an Automotive Supplier Quality Manager at Arm since October 2023. Previously, Didem held the position of Supplier Quality Assurance at Sensata Technologies from August 2018 to September 2023, focusing on quality performance monitoring and supplier activity approval for new products. As Quality Manager at Farba - Automotive Lighting Systems from November 2013 to July 2018, Didem was responsible for overseeing the entire Quality Organization, managing major customer accounts such as Toyota and BMW, and establishing quality control systems. Earlier roles include serving as Product Planning Manager at EMS Elektronik ve Medikal Sistemler A.Ş. and as a Product Engineer at Etap Electronics, where Didem contributed to quality control, production management, and compliance with industry standards. Didem holds a degree from Sakarya University, completed in 2004.
