Duncan Millard

Duncan Millard currently serves as the Senior Director of Software and DevOps at Arm, having joined the company in February 2024. Prior to this role, Duncan held multiple leadership positions at G-Research from September 2018 to January 2024, including Enabling Technologies Lead and Function Lead of Realtime Platform Development. Duncan began a significant tenure at Microsoft from January 2008 to August 2018, where Duncan worked as a Principal Consultant, managing development teams for large-scale software projects for major clients. Earlier experience includes roles at Solidsoft as an Integration Engineer and at Avanade as a Software Development Consultant. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Manchester and a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from The Open University.
